R. You can use the box on the "Rates and offers" page to know the availability and price of the apartment you are interested in. Otherwise you can go to "Bookings" and search for all the apartments.

D. Can I pay by Paypal?
R. Yes, you can. We must warn you that using Paypal,it is possible that you see an error message after confirming the payment. If this occurs, it may depend on the settings of your browser.
Follow the information in the message to complete the operation.

D. How can I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
R. You will receive a summary of your booking by email, with details of the person you will get in contact with for the keys' delivery.

D. How can I cancel a reservation?
R. Both cancellations or changes to the reservation at CASEVACANZEAROMA.COM can be done with no additional cost until 20 days before your arrival. You just have to send an email with the information of your booking to: prenotazioni@casevacanzearoma.com.

D. Can I reserve museum visits in Rome?
R. Yes, our staff is at our guests' disposal to suggest the best itineraries and reserve museum tickets, concerts, sport events, tours of Rome and the Vatican City, with the papal audience included, for free.
