St. John area start from Appio Latino, Esquilino area until to Monti area.

Ardesia 3 is a spacious and refined apartment situated in Via Appia Nuova, 30 m far from the metro station "San Giovanni", from which you can reach within minutes the focal points of Rome: Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, St. Peter's, etc .; it's also close to the bus stop of the line 85 which connects directly to the Colosseum, reachable also on foot.
The apartment, recently completed, consists of two double bedrooms, a hall, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen, suitable both for a family or small groups.
The bathroom has a large shower, ideal to relax after your long Roman promenades.
Having a facing inwards, holiday Slate 3 is a true oasis of peace and tranquility. On the other hand, the famous Via Appia offers everything you may need: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks, post offices, etc.

From ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT
Catch the train you find inside the airport and get off at Roma Termini station. From there, the Metro A direction Anagnina till "Saint John" station (3 stops, about 5 minutes). The apartment is a one minute walk.

From ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT
Take a TERRAVISION bus to the exchange station "Anagnina", and from there the subway to "St. John" station (12 stops, 20 minutes). The apartment is a one minute walk.

From TERMINI RAILWAY STATION
Catch the Metro A direction Anagnina till "Saint John" station (3 stops, about 5 minutes). The apartment is a one minute walk.

From the highway, follow the signs to the GRA ring road, take exit Via Appia towards the center.
